The food was very good! Drive thru was a little slow, but that's understandable. They just opened and have little to no training considering this is the first KFC in a very large radios.

Good food but… their service needs improvement. If you like & want their Chicken Pot Pies, you need to make sure to go way before they close. I've gone at night and the've told me they stopped serving them at a certain time because they'd have to defrost them or told me to go back during the day. One time I went at opening hours and they was 10 minutes late unlock the doors. I watched customers drive up to only leave. Once they finally unlocked the doors, I ordered my food and had to ask them to turn on the soda machine.

You'll have a manager that don't have no respect for the customer long as your have that man today you'll still will be no good
